Ranjit Majumdar
Executive Director
Ranjit is a strategist and fundraising advisor with over 20 years' experience in international development, systems change, and global philanthropy. He has long-standing interest for Africa and a passion for helping clients develop major new initiatives and specialises in long-term fundraising strategies, innovative funding models, complex donor landscapes, philanthropy advisory and innovative financing.
Veronika Wootton
Director
Veronika is a strategist and communications specialist with over a decade of experience spanning education, the arts, and international development. Combining a passion for language with a strong appreciation for visual culture, she helps organisations clarify their positioning, strengthen partnerships, and develop compelling proposals, communications, and strategic initiatives. Her work is driven by a belief that clear thinking and powerful storytelling are essential to advancing meaningful change.
